Bossa, our in-house interior design firm, captures the essence of ultimate luxury using internationally sourced materials and textiles.
With great design and quality, Bossa hand-selects natural fabrics, stone & Indonesian Teak wood to create elegant spaces that inspire us to truly enjoy living. As the name Bossa suggests, our design team encompases the joys and rhythms of life in each piece of furniture and decor creating the ultimate charming space to enjoy.

Our Team
Ernesto Simoes is a seasoned Real Estate Investor with decades of experience in the industry. With an impressive portfolio of real estate projects across the Hawaiian Islands and in Brazil, Ernesto’s experience in real estate development, renovations, rentals, and new construction is an integral part of Kauai Bahia. In 2017, Ernesto founded and created Hawaii Bahia Investments LLC, an investment and development company that spans across the 4 major Hawaiian Islands including Oahu, Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island. Ernesto’s vision of creating an innovative investment and development system, along with partnering with Pancho Sullivan, has lead to the foundation of Kauai Bahia Holdings LLC.
